About Charles
Charles Russell is an Ordained Minister as well as a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. He is passionate about Public Speaking, Building Teams, and Developing Leaders.
Charles has dedicated his life to the cause of helping people and organizations reach their “Next Level.”
Charles specializes in Church Revitalization and has coached/consulted with Pastors and Churches, helping them navigate pathways out of decline and into a new reality of health and growth.
Charles graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership, from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.
His greatest achievement, however, is being a loving husband and proud father of two daughters.
